Shipment

1) Delivery

1.1. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped via a freight forwarder or parcel service.
1.2. We ship only to Germany by default. If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email to info@meinhausgeraetedoc.de . We will then inform you whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
1.3. Unfortunately, shipping to packing stations is not possible.

3. Delivery times

3.1. The delivery time is approx. 2 - 5 working days within Germany. For items marked as “not immediately available”, the delivery time is approx. 17 - 20 working days.
